Gorgeous Art Nouveau American Waltham Watch Company illustration, originally displayed on a German stamp; reading “modern taschenuhr” or “modern pocket watch.” At the time this stamp was issued, American Waltham was considered to be the finest factory-produced timepiece in the world. Circa 1900.
